Kennedy serves as Project Manager in charge of renovations, new building projects and more. He has been with the company for more than five years, having started with the company only two months after graduating.

Nelle is accountable for the operational success of the property and will oversee operations, marketing, construction management, lease administration, accounting, guest services, and tenant relations.
